Step One: initial consultation
During our initial online consultation, the following key elements will be discussed:
- Your style preferences and vision for the custom jewellery piece.
- The materials and techniques that will be used to create the custom piece.
- The materials and techniques that will be used to create the custom piece.
- The timeline for creating and delivering the custom piece.
- Any additional customization options, such as engraving or setting stones.
- The process for creating and approving the final design of the custom piece.
- Any other relevant details or considerations, such as care instructions or warranty information that you may want to know.
The goal of this consultation is to gather all necessary information and make a plan for creating the custom jewellery that meets the your needs and preferences.

Step Two: Invoice & Payment
After the initial consultation, we will send you an invoice for payment. To do so, we may request some personal information such as your name, phone number, and email address. Please review the invoice carefully to ensure that all details discussed during the consultation have been accurately captured. A minimum initial deposit of 60% of the total jewelry price is required to proceed. Once payment is made and confirmed, we will send you a finger measurement tool if you are located in Nigeria or the UK and do not know your ring size. This process usually takes about 3 days, depending on your availability. Once your ring size is confirmed, we will proceed to the next stage.

Step Three: 3D Design
During the design stage, we will create a 3D CAD design of your ring based on the information and vision discussed during the initial consultation. This will give you a realistic visualization of what your ring will look like after production. It is important to carefully review the design to ensure that all details have been accurately captured and to make any necessary corrections. Please note that we will not be able to make any changes after this stage, so it is important to thoroughly review the design. If you are satisfied with the design, we will proceed to production. If there are any corrections needed, we will make those changes and resend the design for your review. This stage typically takes about 7 days. Once you have approved the design, we will move on to the production stage.
Step Four: Production & Delivery
The production and delivery process typically takes 5-7 weeks in low seasons and 6-8 weeks in peak seasons. Once your ring or jewellery is ready, we will send you a notification and a picture or video of the finished piece for your confirmation. If there is any outstanding balance to be paid, we will send you a reminder. Your piece will then be shipped from London to Lagos, where it will undergo a final round of quality control to ensure that it is in perfect condition before being shipped to you. You will be provided with a DHL tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
