As all of our jewellery is handcrafted to order, certain pieces may take up to 12 weeks to complete. Please read the product page carefully or contact us for an estimate of how long your order will take to complete.
It’s also worth noting that we can’t guarantee delivery times because we rely on the services of courier providers to deliver our packages. The following timelines are simply estimations. Please contact us if you have any issues with your delivery.
Nigeria
All packages dispatched via DHL, FedEx or UPS are insured and tracked.

As all of our products are shipped from the United Kingdom, you are responsible for arranging payment of any applicable import taxes or duties applicable to your order. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information regarding the import requirements of your country..

Delivery tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive details of how to track your delivery in a confirmation email. If you are having trouble tracking your delivery, please get in touch via telephone or email with your order number.
We can check your delivery status and update you on progress. All packages can also be tracked on this page by clicking on the relevant courier company icon responsible for your shipping below.
However, most parcels arrive within five (5) to seven (7) days of the dispatch date, so please allow at least this much time before contacting us to make a query.
