Warranty

Your jewellery comes with a limited lifetime warranty, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Madewear will make every effort to repair or replace all jewellery carrying the Madewear trademark. If, for any reason, we are unable to repair or replace because the tooling is obsolete and no longer available, we will notify the customer and propose a current style or design. If sentimental value is a concern, we will return the jewellery and await the client’s decision.

What does your warranty cover?

The warranty applies to all items purchased directly from Madewear Nigeria Limited and covers any defects in workmanship or materials at the time of the original delivery or under normal use.

What does your warranty not cover?

  • General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care.
  • Scratches, chips, loose or broken stones.
  • Repair defects in workmanship or materials at the time of the original delivery.
  • Resizing
  • Precious stones are not covered under this warranty.

Only the finest materials have been used in this piece to ensure years of enjoyment. A number of services will be performed for you, the original owner of this jewellery at a fee.

  • If your jewellery is damaged or worn beyond your satisfaction and repairs cannot be made due to defect in workmanship and materials, it may be exchanged for a current jewellery design at Madewear's current remake charge.
  • Your jewellery may be resized at anytime at a fee if it is in a resizable condition.
  • Rings with enamel cannot be resized down and can only be resized up by half (1/2) size (e,g size 9 to 9.5).
  • Your warranty is void if anyone other than Madewear performs any work on your jewellery.
