We agree to refund any item purchased from madewear.ng if you are not completely satisfied with what you have received. Items must be returned to us in a saleable condition, in original packaging and within 3 days of receiving your order.
For customised rings, we understand a personal vision cannot always be realized. This is why we have a design process intended to determine any issues prior to production. Because of the extensive steps taken prior to production, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for jewellery custom created or engraved.

Customers may return unwanted items using the postal method of their choice. We recommend using an insured, trackable service, such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
International customers wishing to return their items should mark their parcel as “Returned Items” to avoid any customs charges. We are not liable for customs charges on returned orders, and may charge any costs back to the customer if necessary.
We guarantee a refund for any goods that you are not entirely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in the same condition that they were sent in, and within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds are credited using the same method that you paid with. We do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear or any pierced jewellery which has had the hygiene seal removed and customised items. The only exception to this is if they are not fit for purpose or are of unsatisfactory specification.
All items must be returned in a condition that allows re-sale. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deem renders the item un-sellable.
Cooling off period
Under the distance selling regulations, you are permitted to cancel your order at any time during the seven days after receipt of your purchase. The only exceptions to this are purchases relating to financial services, CDs, DVDs or software which has been unsealed, tailor made or customised products and magazines or books.
Special Offer Item
Goods bought under a multi buy discount which are returned as a single item will be refunded at the full price of the item less the applicable discount. If all items in the multi buy are returned, you will be refunded with the full value of the multi buy offer.
Items bought as ‘buy one, get one free’ or similar need to be returned along with the free item in order to receive your refund.
We make every endeavour to ensure the quality of our products, as well as the accuracy and colours of our photographs and descriptions. However, as the colours differ depending on the device you are using to view the site, we cannot guarantee that the colour will match what you see on our site.
All measurements and sizes used on our site are approximate. However, we endeavour to ensure they are as accurate as possible and true to UK or US sizing.
We work hard on quality control, but reserve the right to refuse to fulfil an order if we feel the product information was inaccurate or in any way misleading.

Custom Jewellery cancellation policy
**Please ensure to review your order carefully. Your custom class ring or jewellery will be manufactured according to the specifications of your order. The customer will be responsible for change and/or remake fee(s) after three (3) business days from the order date. Cancellation after three (3) business days from order date will result in deposit forfeiture. we will strive to accommodate any changes but cannot guarantee them. Please contact us for further information.
Limited lifetime warranty
Your jewellery comes with a Limited lifetime warranty except stated otherwise in the product description. Madewear will make every effort to repair/replace all products manufactured with the Madewear trademark. (This does not cover stone breakages). If for any reason we are unable to do so because tooling is obsolete and no longer available, proper notification will be given to the customer and a current style will be offered. If sentimental value is a concern, we will return any ring that the customer does not wish replaced. Thereafter, a like current style will be provided.
From time-to-time jewelleries are returned that exhibit wear and tear that exceeds normal levels. In these rare situations, the returned jewellery will not be repaired. Instead, we will contact you to ask for permission to re-manufacture the ring in a current style for a remake fee. If you are unsure whether to re-manufacture the ring when we contact you, we can offer to hold the ring for up to 45 days. The re-manufacturing process will destroy the old ring, so we are offering this service as a courtesy in the interest of supporting your decision. The warranty department will maintain high sensitivity to each customer inquiry and take any and all reasonable steps necessary to assure 100% satisfaction.
All new jewellery that are not customer-initiated will receive an approximate 3-4-week repair schedule. All customer-initiated changes receive an approximate 5-6-week repair schedule.
***Your warranty is void if any work is performed on the ring by anyone other than Madewear.
