Production Schedule:

We need 10 to 12 weeks to make your ring because it is handcrafted and made to measure.

Measuring your finger:

If you live in Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, or Edo state and are unsure about your ring size, we will send you a free, complementary ring sizer. Please note that this will only be done once your payment or initial deposit has been confirmed. You can also use our online ring sizer, which you can find at Printable DIY Ring Sizer. Only use the DIY ring sizer as a guide.

Warranty:

All our rings are covered by a lifetime limited warranty. It's worth noting that valuable stones aren't covered. Please visit Returns & Warranty Information for more details about our warranty.

Delivery:

* The delivery of goods to customers in the United Kingdom, Lagos, Edo, Ogun, Ondo, Oyo, and Osun states is FREE.
* The delivery fee for customers in Europe is N9,384 / £12 / $16.50
* The cost of shipping to other parts of Nigeria is N3,910 / £5 / $7.
* Royal Mail charges N13,294 / £17 / $24 for delivery to North America while DHL charges N27,370 / £35 / $48 for delivery to North America.
* Shipping to the rest of the world via DHL will set you back N27,370 / £35 / $48 .
